Kathleen Nalty |
Kathleen Nalty served as Executive Director of the Center for Legal Inclusiveness (CLI) from October 2007 through January 2013. She is a nationally recognized authority on diversity and inclusiveness in the legal profession, having spent the last 10 years specializing in the subject and instructing law firms, corporate legal departments and government offices. She co-authored CLI’s inclusiveness manual Beyond Diversity: Inclusiveness in the Legal Workplace, the only resource of its kind for the legal profession. Ms. Nalty is a highly rated, dynamic speaker who frequently speaks to national audiences about diversity and inclusiveness. She also advised CLI’s Inclusiveness Network, a group of nearly 30 legal organizations formally implementing CLI’s inclusiveness program. Ms. Nalty is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Prior to her position with CLI, Ms. Nalty worked as a hate crimes federal civil rights prosecutor. She received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.

Dr. Arin Reeves |
Dr. Arin N. Reeves has nearly 20 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, law firms, law schools, and trade organizations. She is the founder and president of Nextions LLC, a consulting firm advising clients on new ways of seeing and developing leadership and inclusion. She is also the author of The Next IQ: The Next Level of Intelligence for 21st Century Leaders. Prior to her position at Nextions, Dr. Reeves served as the President of The Athens Group, a consulting firm specializing primarily on the inclusion aspect of talent management—developing and implementing strategic plans and programming on recruitment, retention, attrition, promotion, mentoring, marketing and client development issues in these various arenas. Dr. Reeves has also researched and written extensively on these issues. She taught classes on law and society for several years at Northwestern University as an adjunct professor. Dr. Reeves received her J.D. from the University of Southern California and her Ph.D. in Sociology from Northwestern University.
